My name in TCS admit card is swapped. Actual name is "Bonagiri Raghavendra" in all proofs. In admit card it is "Raghavendra Bonagiri". Will it cause any problem for exam and further process.

I suggest that Get your actual name in the Admit Card when the correction window opens. It is better to be safe and keep the informatin uniform.

I have added a surname in my 10 and used the same later but in my birth certificate there is no surname, in have to submit in my sbi clerk doc verification what should i do, will it create any problem?

For the SBI Clerk exam, your 10th-class certificate is considered the primary and final proof for your name and date of birth. If your higher education and ID proofs(Aadhaar/PAN) match your 10 th certificate, then no worries.
