I am in class 12(PCB) and will give boards in 2022. i am not prepared for neet 2022, so will it be okay not to attempt neet this year i.e. 2022 and take a drop year and attempt next year i.e. 2023? Is there any rule that says its compulsory to attempt neet in appearing year of 12th?

Yes, you can definitely choose not to attempt Neet 2022 and  don't worry you can appear still appear in NEET 2023 without attempting neet 2022 and onwards as well, there will be no problem.

It is not mandatory to give CUCET exam but it I recommend you to attempt this test. Central University give addmissions to candidates on the basis of CUCET exam score and other criteria. But this test is only for central University. You can take addmission in your state
