The partial admission fees that we pay in JoSSA for retaining seat, will it get transfered to other college, that I will be alloted in CSAB round, or will the partial admission fees be refunded?

My answer will be based on 2020 business rules as the information brochure of CSAB 2021 is not  updated in the official website yet.

So the 2020 rules states that

You should refer to NCERT books first for your preparation make sure you don't skip NCERT book. Most of the questions from Inorganic chemistry is directly from NCERT.

After, completing your NCERT you can refer to OP Tandon

See if you did not had your EWS certificate at the time of JEE-Main or JEE-Advance 2021 registration then you must have submitted a self declaration in lieu of EWS certificate so now you will have to produce your EWS certificate for admission means after counselling of JEE-Main

Usually most important thing is your signature, nothing matters if anyone write your application or not but you should aware that the signature must be done by you.

Don't worry your application is valid.
