I passed my 12th in 2020 and Im applying for CBSE Improvement Exams as a Private Candidate in PCM in 2021. I have got RT in Physics & Chemistry column and got less marks in Mathematics as compared to previous results(2020). Is it compulsory to clear my RT? Does my previous result is valid?

Improvement exams are an opportunity given to candidates to improve their previous scores. If the scores they got in the improvement exam is low than their previous scores then it's not considered.   • The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it.

I would suggest you to use your OJEE rank card as you do have a better ranking there and being from Orrisa you have good chances of getting government colleges there. The colleges you have good chances of getting are:
