No, it is not necessary to provide your 11th class roll number.

If you have your 11th class marksheet, then you can provide the details like roll number, marks, etc mentioned in the 2nd phase registration.

See as per the notification, for EWS certificate in AP counselling you need to submit the certificate which is to be issued after 31st of March,2021. So you can't use this certificate which is issued before the date.
