Hi. So my familys annual income is 5 lakh 40 thousand ( including pension) My family has a house which is more than 1000sq ft. but it is legally on my grandmothers name (alive) and not my father. my father owns no property whatsoever. Will I be eligibe for EWS ?

No candidate as per the government norms your total family income is below 8 LPA but your residential flat is above 1000sq ft, so you are not eligible as a EWS candidate. Also if the land is legally on your grandmother's name but still it will come under your total
