As per the FAQ's of JEE ADVANCED 2020-21 official website, its clearly mentioned that a student can't change the category in JEE ADVANCED. It will be the same as mentioned in JEE MAINS application form.

As per the official website of SVMCM scholarship there are no such information available online. Still now its mentioned that a student is eligible to apply for UG/HS one need to have at least 75% marks in the last qualifying exam. For PG courses one need to have 53% marks
