In Guru gobind singh Indraprastha university, counselling fees of 1000/- is to be paid only once, before the first round of counselling begins.
one can not join in between the rounds.

Yes you are eligible for indian army B.sc nursing as you have cleared your 12th  - you must have minimum 55 %  ( with physics,  chemistry ,biology ,and English as mandatory subjects )

To get an OBC NCL certificate the candidates parent's income must be less than INR 8 lakhs per annum.

In addition to this, the salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for annual year while applying for the certificate.
