My EWS certificate issued on 20.11.2019? Will it be considered for the FY 2019-2020?

Your  EWS certificate issued on 20.11.2019. Yes, it will  be considered for the FY 2019-2020 . The financial year ends in march so  you can use before the financial year and after that you have reissue it.

The necessary documents required are;-

On such SC rank even after considering female quota any of the NITs or IIITs with IT branch is tad difficult because the rank closes around 9k-10k for IT branch in IIITs and NITs.
