There is dob mistake in my 11th marksheet, correct in all other documents, and it is required for admission in rajasthan? would it create a problem? and would affidavit enough??.

SHUBHRADIP ROY 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, a DOB mistake on your 11th marksheet could create a problem for admission in Rajasthan, as colleges typically require consistent information across all documents.

Hello Piyush,

If your Date of Birth or DOB is wrong only in your 11th marksheet but correct in the rest of your documentation (i.e. 10th marksheet, Aadhar, birth certificate etc.), it should not cause any significant issues; especially because the 11th marksheet is not often the primary document used

I applied for NEET 2025 in TNMC with an old income certificate and registered for Round 1 with it. However, since the certificate has expired, do I need to apply for a renewed one for Round 2 registration?

Prachi Kumari 1st Aug, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you need to apply for a renewed income certificate for Round 2 registration.

The old certificate has expired, and a valid certificate is required for document verification and fee exemption. Make sure to get the new certificate before Round 2 counselling starts.

Hope it helps !

Abhilasha Agrawal 2nd Aug, 2025

Laminated certificates are generally accepted during NEET counselling if they are clear and readable. Carry attested photocopies and a self-declaration stating that the originals are laminated. It won’t cause disqualification, but you can also confirm with the counselling helpline for your peace of mind.

SOME STUDENTS ARE SAYING THAT THE 47 LPA PACKAGE ARE NOT ON CMAPUS BUT THEY ARE OFF CAMPUS IS IT TRUE ??

Yash Teotia 4th Aug, 2025

Hello Akishna

Yes, except for top colleges like IITs and IIMs, there is a probability of 90% that the 47 LPA package claim is off-campus.

Generally, private colleges show the off-campus placements also as too boost their record and attract large crowds. But they don't mention it to be off-campus

SOME STUDENTS ARE SAYING THAT THE 47 LPA PACKAGE ARE NOT ON CMAPUS BUT THEY ARE OFF CAMPUS IS IT TRUE ??

Rajesh Reddy 1st Aug, 2025

Yes, the 47 LPA package might have been either off-campus based placement or through pre-placement offer (PPO) and not the college's on-campus drive. A lot of institutions put off-campus offers in the highest amount  of packages. Always confirm placement reports to be clear.
