No. You cannot change your choice of exam centre now. The correction window for JEE Mains 2021 phase 4 was open from 9 July to 20 July 2021.

Yeah! Obviously you can pursue BTech/BE CSE if you have PCM. There are no such requirement of CS in your 10+2, in order to be eligible for the course. Now for BTech/BE CSE you need to qualify entrance examination.
