According to RRB rules, OBC Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate must be in its prescribed format and issued before closing of the application to be accepted. If you had a valid OBC NCL certificate before the closing of the application date (even if not in exactly the prescribed form)

My name in adhaar card/bank account is different than my 10th/12th certificate. Adhaar/Bank has shaikh at last. 10th/12th have shaikh in the front. Ive taken admission in IGNOU, it doesnt match my adhaar. So i have discrepancy in abc id and adhaar name. Plus I didnt attach my fathers name with my name in IGNOU so it doesnt match my 10th/12th board name also. I can get the IGNOU name fixed. Im getting an affidavit.
