Kcet examination registration hasn't started as the application form has not been released yet but yes  your Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2021 examination date has been announced according to which it will be conducted on 7th July  and 8th July , 2021

What should be my preference order for these colleges for CS and IT branches? Preference order should be based on Avg. Placements. I am from Uttar Pradesh. VIT Vellore JIIT Noida( Sec 128) GGSIPU colleges COMEDK colleges.

As all the colleges are good. But the placement and the fee structure matters during the web options.
I suggest you make the below order for better college
1.COMEDK
2.VITS
3.GGSIPU
4.JIIT
I think the fee structure of COMEDK would be more but the placement is guaranteed.VITS too have

No, it is not at all necessary give both JEE Main Paper 1 and Paper 2. If you wanna go for Architecture(B.Arch/B.Plan) then, only giving paper 2 will work for you.

The official website also mentions that the eligibility for Jamia entrance exam is graduation in any discipline with more than 55% marks. So I don't think it will be a problem if you've done B Tech as long as you got more than 55% marks.
