MCA is itself a Master's degree programme, and you will get a decent job after completing this course. I think you are asking what jobs you can get in Information Technology sector after completing MCA Course, I am mentioning the list of jobs you can get after completing MCA-
Teaching and IT department is total different. So they don't recognise your experience in IT department. But you are eligible for offer the IT job. You are MCA student so complete your BCA also . If you qualified their examination and interview round then you will get the job.
