Yes, you can pursue M.Tech in Biotechnology after B.Sc (hons.) agriculture.

Following is the criteria for pursuing M.Tech in Biotechnology :-

Minimum 50% Marks or equivalent CGPA in B.Tech. – Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology or M.Sc. Bio Sciences.

Mainly the long memo is more important than the short memo. As you have the long memo then you will not most probably face any problem.

You can file for a duplicate short memo which will take some time but you will get it. You should contact your instituion ,

See if the candidate is NRI then he/she can only apply for NRI Quota in NEET Counselling. Management quota and government quota is for only India Residents. So if you are NRI then you can apply for different colleges only under NRI Quota at mcc.nic.in

NRI category candidates are eligible to apply for Management Quota seats as well.

See if you belongs to Indian state then you cannot apply to NRI quota because in NRI Quota only those aspirants are eligible who were the residents of India earlier
