i got pcmb istead of pcm in my kcet amit card even though i dont have bio for puc. so is it a mistake at my end or is it normal

I have taken pcm in 12th but in the admission card of kcet its given pcmb as selected subjects, wat if I write that subject , how will be the marks calculated?

Riya Dhoot 7th Apr, 2025

Hello Vignesh,

if your KCET admit card shows PCMB but you studied only PCM in 12th you can still choose not to attempt the biology paper. only the marks of the subjects you actually write will be considered. writing biology won't benefit you unless you're eligible for PCB- based  courses.
