As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Main 2021, a student who have passed class 12 or any other qualifying the exam in 2019 or 2020. Now, as you have mentioned you have passed 12th this year i.e. in 2020 so yes, you can write JEE Main 2021

BCA is mainly comprised of subjects like networking, core programming languages, data base etc

As you are a commerce student you may have a additional subject like c++ or computer science but if you don't have but you are interested to do bca then go for it .

For Gate , the maximum cutoff for IT branch is 379 and minimum is 282 .And for JEE Main cutoff  it is 1086 and 2166 (female only cutoff ). The mentioned cutoff is last year cutoff .I'll provide the links for further details regarding cutoff in IIT

No you do not go directly to any government medical college and show your neet Mark's. You have to take participate in NEET councelling process to get admitted in any of the government college. They do not give permission for such kind of direct admission process.

Many of the colleges have extended their exams and academic sessions.Some of the institutes have also conducted the counselling in online mode. The pandemic has really affected the academic timetable.So for sports counselling may be the certificates would be enough.Check the official website for further updates regularly
