To conver CGPA/SGPA into percentage, simply multiply your pointers to 9.5.

For example your one semester CGPA is 7, then do 7 * 9.5 which is 66.5%

and if you have to calculate two semester CGPA

Do multiply each semester's CGPA to 9.5, add them and divide it
