I am EWS but dont hold a certificate now. If I apply for the UGC NET as EWS and get JRF, can I get EWS certificate after result declaration and will it be valid? Also, if my mark is above the Unreserved (UR) General category cutoff, can I proceed without EWS certificate despite registeing as one?

No, a chemical engineering graduate cannot directly do MPharm .

To be eligible for MPharm, the candidate must have a BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) degree. MPharm is a postgraduate course specifically meant for pharmacy graduates.
