As you have not mentioned the name of examination for which you are seeking guidance so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately. This is because different colleges have different cut-off marks for different exams depending on their result patterns and also cut-off varies depending upon

see waiting list means you have very close ranks of the cutoff which has published in the first counselling. now see being in waiting list does not ensure that you have high chances for admission. if the number of seats or the full intake is fills by the admission

See, JECRC is a good college if we consider all the private Colleges in Jaipur. It is ranked about 5th  or 6th in the list of top engineering colleges in Jaipur. It is better than some of the governmental Institute of Engineering in Rajasthan.
