Based on 2019 cut off with 540 marks it is difficult to get seat in GMC in Delhi. You need to score 620 or above in NEET to get seat in a government college in Delhi. Under AIQ quota you may have chances of getting seat in Koppal Institute

PES is a good college. Computer Science and Engineering in PES is best in Bangalore, not taking IISc into consideration. The facilities are ao expert that they won't leave any stone unturned to put you on top notch.
