ITM MUMBAI
ISBM PUNE
Hello,
The ITM and Chetana's Institute of Management both are well renowned names for pursuing management courses in Mumbai. But discussing about the PGDM in Finance, then the Chetana's Institute of Management offers PGDM courses in General Management, Marketing and Retail Management. The institute doesn't offer PGDM courses in Finance.
Discussing about ITM Business School, it is a private institute and ranked 32nd in best management colleges in India. PGDM in Finance is two years (4 Semesters) full-time Post Graduate Diploma programme offered by the ITM Mumbai. As per the reviews and ratings by experts and students, the faculty and facilities are good in this institute. The placement percentage is also very good in this institute with an avergae placement percentage of 95%. The average salary offered to the candidates is INR 5 Lakhs per annum.
Best Wishes.
Hii Karan,
ITM Mumbai is ranked 14th among the top institutes in Maharashtra for pursuing PGDM by Business today in the year 2019. The school offers great return on investment as the highest salary offered to the batch was of 22 lakhs per annum with an average of 8.5 Lakhs per annum and 100 percent placements recorded for the batch. Surely Finance is one of the best streams in which PGDM is offered by ITM. You can look forward to the course with open arms.

ITM College is good. Faculty are top class and the industry exposure is one thing that makes ITM outstand other colleges. 6 months of training in the real business scenario will groom students really well to understand how the industry works. The college provides facilities like air-conditioners, Wi-Fi campus etc. It is ranked amongst the top colleges.
The course structure is similar in both the courses.
The only difference is that MBA is a degree which can be conferred by a university(like IITs, which provides many educational courses like management, engineering. law etc ) whereas PGDM can be conferred by any college(like IIMs, which provides education in management field only) as it is a post graduate diploma in management.
It does not matter which degree you pursue as both are having equal importance and will be looked upon equally by corporate both national and international.
When you are looking for a college you need to look into various factors such as faculties, curriculum, placement, infrastructure, diversity etc. and RIIM Pune is above par than any other college in Pune in all those factors. RIIM faculties are well experienced, most of them PhD holders. RIIM Curriculum is updated every year according to corporate requirements. RIIM college has a corporate infrastructure located with in the city limits and easily accessible from the whole city. RIIM students are from all part of India which gives them an opportunity to learn about different culture and how to adapt in different environment. RIIM Placement also compared to many other colleges is very good they provide an average package of 6 lacs and highest has went up to 14 lacs.
Hello Aspirant,
From the options given by you I prefer ITM NAVI MUMBAI because it is better than Jaipuria in terms of placement, exposure and faculty, I will never prefer you college like Jaipuria for doing MBA.
ITM MUMBAI is also an average college which I won't tell you to do if you want to do MBA in HR management
For MBA HR management these colleges are best colleges in India -:
1) XLRI JAMSHEDPUR
2) TISS MUMBAI
3) XISS RANCHI
4) SCMHRD PUNE
5) JBIMS MUMBAI
I hope the above information is beneficial for you.
All the best.
