Is itm vocational university any good for mechanical engineering? Should I go with itm or not?

Anuj_1525372683 Student Expert 11th Aug, 2019

Hi there

ITM Vocational University, mechanical engineering:

The college has tie-ups with leading companies and industries like Siemens and L&T. The placement programme of previous batch was good. The college also provides placement counselling, and the placement officer is very supportive. But you need to work hard for good placements in mechanical branch. Overall, placements are satisfactory.

The faculty members of the college are well-educated and qualified. All of them are talented and support students as much as they can. They help students in the project or any subject related matters. Every faculty have their own teaching style. Regarding faculty, all of them are the best.

Mechanical engineering in this university is not bad at all.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Bhawana Sinha Student Expert 27th Jul, 2019

Placements: The placement record is very good in ITM Universe. There are 75% placements for engineering students and 100% placement record for MBA. So if anyone is looking for good placement, then ITM universe is better than any other private institute in Gujarat. The package offered to the students recently was nearly 3.5 LPA. Yes, you can go for this College. The scholar students get good placements with a good salary.

Hello Rahul

ITM Navi Mumbai is the best college in terms of placements as well as course structure, as ITM gives the students more of practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Students get good exposure, which helps to groom them. The highest package offered this year was INR 14 Lacs and minimum package is INR 5.5 - 6 Lacs
