DGCA(Directorate General of Civil Aviation) has introduced GET scheme for operators who have requirement of a large number of AMEs. Under this scheme, graduate engineers are recruited by the operators and given extensive theoretical and practical training both in basic and specific subjects relating to the aircraft type
