You have less chances in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs you can try in private colleges.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You

Have you applied for Jharkhand Combined ?
If yes then depend more on that as with this score you may or may not get your desired subject in the college. It also depends on what others choose as their subject.
