Your rank is far  so No chance of good government college. So better try private institutions.

Yes definitely, there are high chances of you getting a seat into the NIT's, but I would recommend you to work harder for jee advance and get admitted to the IIT

No it is not possible to get good college but it is possible to get admission into any private college that I never suggest you to get an admission in any private college.
