what was the cutoff of jiit sec 62 for CSE in 2016 my rank 8s 61749 so is there a chance to get cse?.....

It all depends on the difficulty of the paper but though
If you can score more than 240 then it will be a safe side for you to get a rank below 4000.
But still difficulty of paper is also important as in 2018 200 marks was

which college can i get with jee mains marks 150 as a SC category student ?

you can get every college,you can get the same college which is given to general category student with 250 or obc 200 marks,you get rank about 26000 which is similar to 2000 in genral and 7000air in obc.you get a very huge reservation .you will be lucky one.
