what govt college.can I get with 28000 category rank (sc) with CS or ECE.Plz suggest and I can wait till last round of counselling.

Hi, You have less/no chances in NIT with this rank with SC category..
You can try in other state colleges(private) like Haryana, UP, Rajasthan etc.

JEE Main score is 107 with OBC category. what will be the rank and chances of getting NIT

HI,
With OBC category, your expected Rank based on your score will be ranging from 85000-90000 and your OBC- NCL category rank will be between 20000-21000.

Also, with your score you have less/no chances to get into NIT's.

U can get nit Bhopal but with that much marks getting top nit with core branches will be difficult

At your score there are very less chances to get CSE branch in any top NITs but you have chances in some lower NITs like Puducherry, Silchar, Meghalaya, Agartala Etc..

Your approx. rank will be around 34,000
