You will get good colleges in delhi based on your marks in jee mains....you can try for GL BAJAJ,GALGOTIAS,KIET,JSS ACADEMY,GNIET....try to check out their respective websites and previous years cutoff........and apply for those

You have scored good rank in JEE MAINS......if you want an NIT college then you can definitely apply for josaa counselling ....you have chances to get north east NITs.......I don't think you should go for drop....you have got good college

You can only expect private colleges based your rank in states of orissa,up,gujarat,rajasthan,kolkata....
..you can check GIET,GEC,NIST,CV RAMAN these are the colleges that you can expect and are situated in orissa
