As the counseling session for 2017 is over but generally with this rank chances of getting seat in Govt colleges are very less but admission possibilities should be there in state private colleges so it would be better to try there.

my jee rank around 100000 nd obc rank around 30000 suggest me best college on that basis and boards marks is 91.2% wbjee rank around 10000

You have less chances to get government colleges through JEE Main. You should take admission through WBJEE

I have jee main CRL 10592 OBC catagari Rank 2057 and Jee adv CRL 16580 OBC catagari Rank 3252.give me suggestion go for IIT or NIT.

Chances should be less with this rank but if you want you can try for private colleges of MAHARASHTRA, PUNJAB, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan etc as they have reservation or they provide admission on the basis of Jee rank to other state's students.
