Chances are very less with this rank but you can try for private colleges of Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana etc. Also, please tell have you given any other engineering entrance?

BITS Goa is great. Placements are also awsome .
But do see you dont get CS , after you 1st year CGPA braches are alloted . Cutoff for CS is around 8 .
