No I think it's not possible. HBTU is one of the good college in UP. You can't take admission with that score. Try next year or go for other colleges.

IIIT D is comparable to NSIT.However CS in IIITD is better than IT in NSIT.If cost is factor than one can choose NSUT.

You have less chances to get NITs based on your marks in other state quota.

Can you tell me your home state?

You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private
