IIIT D is comparable to NSIT.However CS in IIITD is better than IT in NSIT.If cost is factor than one can choose NSUT.

You have less chances to get NITs based on your marks in other state quota.

Can you tell me your home state?

You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private

Chances are very less to get admission in NITs and IIITs with this rank. But if you want you can try for private colleges of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab etc.
