Yes , the candidates who haven't taken admission or participated  till the third round are eligible to participate in the spot round  and you can get directly admission in spot round of jac Delhi.

They will ask for your marks in a specified way like mathematics marks, physics marks, chemistry marks. So you cannot swap the marks either
