JAC refers to Joint Admission Counseling is a counseling channel through which you get admission in colleges like DTU,IIIT Delhi ,NSUT etc in Delhi. The selection is done on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard .

It seems that you are seeking admission in B.Tech program of Delhi Technological University, so for B.Tech, admission is done solely on the basis of JEE-Main score. So until JEE-Main is conducted Joint Admission Counselling process cannot be started.
