Yes,  you can get CSE in jadavpur university.  Here in the last year cut off in CSE in jadavpur university. ( opening and  closing rank are only for OBC A)

It is difficult for student with your marks to get admission in Jadavpur University unless you have a cast certificate for underprivileged caste. But surely you can get admission in one the following colleges.

1. Heritage institute of technology.

2. Haldia institute of technology.

3. Department Of Jute

Now since you have got OBC- B rank in wbjee 2019 , then if we have a look at 2018 cutoff then you can't get CSE in Jadavpur University , on the contrary, if we look at 2017 cutoff then in round 3 you could have got

Jadhavpur University is a state university of west bengal and the admissions in this college are through the WBJEE scores. Jadhavpur University does not take admissions through JEE mains.

So, if you want to get into JU , you need to appear for WBJEE exam.
