Yes you will be eligible for JEE mains 2020. But you can't be able to get admission in Jadavpur University. You can get admission here also on JEE main score. But I suggest you to appear in wbjee for next year, which is conducted by Bengal government for getting admission

 For B.E. admission in Jadavpur University, you should appear for WBJEE to get admission into Jadavpur University. You should have 50% minimum XIIth boards percentage for GENERAL Category student. 45% for SC and 40% for ST category student.

also the minimum criteria for admission in Jadavpur University is 50% in XIIth boards for a GENERAL CATEGORY student without domicile.

The CSE department at Jadavpur University is one of the best in India. The closing rank remain in around and about 150-170 and is expected to stay on similar grounds. However the spot round, if happens might swing in some surprises as well.
