Yes, they accept improvement exams too as you will get a final result after the improvement so it would not be a problem at the time of admission and you have to mention the passing year as the year of improvement.

Jadavpur University only takes up candidates through WBJEE
You cannot get into Jadavpur University without appearing for WBJEE.
So you should appear for WBJEE and if you get decent rank in that exam..you can get admission in Jadavpur University
