You need at least 120 marks under general category to fetch CSE in Jadavpur University. 

If you have local residential certificate of West Bengal then you can fetch CSE in lower marks.

Yes, you can get Jadavpur University even if you are from some other state 

It is just that almost every university has its other state criteria through which the admissions can be availed for the same.

Yes! Harsh but true.

While taking admission in government colleges in West Bengal they ask for domicile certificate and without it you won't be given a seat irrespective of your performance. Other state students can only get seat in Semi-govt. or Private colleges.
