Yes it is mandatory else you shall stand cancelled for any seat under WBJEE counselling.

You need to accept seat as college s may syart from 20th July onwaeds post seat allotment in Spot rounds.

In SC category according ro WBJEE, candidates having rnaks below 20000 have fantastic chances with all streams.

Also under Jee Mains, ranks below 15000 SC rank have great chances of conversion.

Firstly you should go through by wbjee exam with maths as a subject in HS.Also you have to score very good marks so that your rank will be better and you can go for jadavpur university.

No this is not permitted.

Yiu cannpt switch between courses.

You can switch between streams like CSE and ECE and Vice versa.

When you take up architecture thats the final decision and you shall be limited an dpertained to that course.

No chnaces for this rank unfortunately as spot round cutoffs in Jadavpur-university-kolkata closes within 13000 ranks.

Incase cutoff drops you can convert power engineering and Industrial engineering at Jadavpur university.
