No, You have to apply separately to get admission in DTU Delhi, Jadavpur University or COE Pune. Jadavpur University take admission only thru West Bengal Engineering entrance test i.e. WBJET. For COEP you must have Qualified in Maharastra CET. You can take admission in DTU on basis of JEE Mains

According, to 2017 cut off in order to get admission in Jadavpur university your rank should be under 2000 in WBJEE in general category. 

Cut off rank varies as per the branches. To get admission in top branches like CSE your rank should be under 150.
