Well the eligibility criteria for master entrance exam would want you to have a certain amount of passing percentage in your last qualifying examination that is your bachelor's degree in this case. So the high school percent won't matter as a eligibility criteria and anyway you have passed the subject and currently pursuing bachelors from your college. So it won't be a problem.

Jadavpur University is a government college in West Bengal. If you are from another state then you have to give WBJEE examination. And get chance to admission here all private college and Jadavpur University.

So if you want to get admission here you have to score in between 100 to 160 or more than that in WBJEE examination. Otherwise it's quite difficult to get admission in Jadavpur University. And your 12th marks should be 60% if you are general category. Otherwise if you are reserve category student then your marks 55% is require from 12th.

*number of students that appeared in the exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the examination wbjee etc.

In wbjee 2019,  107 in wbjee was closing rank for general category for getting computer science in Jadavpur University.
