The admission to Bsc courses is through Boards exam only. The cutoff for general category for Bsc Physics in JU last year was 380 marks. BSC Chemistry - 370 marks, BSC Geography 220 marks, BSC Geological Science - 270, BSC Maths - 371.
So you need to score around 10-15 marks above this cutoff score to be on the safer side.

Yes ofcourse but for that you need to clear WBJEE exam with very good rank. WBJEE exam has few seats for other state students too but are very less and thus you need to be under 180 rank to get Jadavpur University CSE. I have answered for unreserved category students.

see you did not mention your category, for general category candidates eligibility criteria is 10+2 with at least 70% marks in aggregate and 75% marks in Mathematics,
for sc/st candidates eligibility criteria is 10+2 with at least 52% marks in aggregate and 56% marks in Mathematics,
for obc candidates eligibility criteria is 10+2 with a minimum of 63% marks in aggregate and 67% marks in Mathematics,
so for any of the category you are not eligible.
Candidates must have passed an intermediate examination of 10+2 level from any recognized board securing at least 45% marks without grace in each compulsory subject .
