You will be disappointed to know that there is no Psychology department in the Jawaharlal Nehru University. Although JNU offers graduation courses but psychology is not one of them. It basically provides honours in some foreign languages only, as listed below:

"NO" there is no crash of exam date of Wbjee and JNU but there is only few day gap so i suggest you to give Wbjee on 26 may 2019 and book a slot of jnu exam on may 29,30 so you can travel.
