No, it does not. However, JNU has some Master's courses such as Biotechnology, Life Sciences and Molecular Medicine out of which there are entrance examinations for Biotech and Life Sciences and entrance as well as an interview for the Molecular Medicine course.

The registration process for JNU has not begin yet and is the tentative dates for application form or February and it will continue till March therefore right now there is nothing a specific date regarding the application form but you should keep updating yourself for any changes in the dates.
