In a Notice, JNU said that the exam will be from 27 to 30th December and will be completely computer based online paper consisting of MCQs with negative Marking. They will soon release application form.

As per your query regarding the exam form of JNU M.tech 2019, some dates are available here :
1. The application form available from the third week of the October 2018.
2. The last date for submission of application form is the third week of the November 2018.
