There is no such updates for 2018 session but in previous year the registration window was open on 15th Sep and the exams were held from December 27 - December 30, 2017.

What course are you aiming to pursue at JNU? Jawaharlal Nehru University has an entrance test for its courses. You are required to qualify the entrance test to get a seat.

The minimum eligibility for the entrance test is 50% marks in the previous exam. Please visit JNU

The notification for the 2019 application for BBA ihas not been released yet and is expected to be released in September 2018. The last date for applying for the same will be around last week of october October, 2018.

Yes you are very much eligible to do law for your higher studies. 

If you want anymore information regarding the college you're looking for studying law plea feel free to ask. 

As for now there is no indication that JNU will start with a B.Tech course on the University's website so i guess it wont be offering a B.Tech program for this year.
