I think you want to apply for mass communication in Indian Institute of Mass communication( IIMC). So IIMC is a sovereign body which is affiliated to JNU. If you want to enter into IIMC then you have to apply it seperately. You cannot enter into IIMC by appearing

Both are the good options and have scope in its fields it depends on your interest & capability & career interest. But JNU does not offer LLB programme. If you want to go for M.A from JNU then you can go for it. If you are interested for LLB programme

I  would like to tell you that JNU does not offer any post graduation course in Mass Communication.  Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism is offered at Indian Institute of Mass Communication. The institute is housed in the JNU campus.
