You can write the exam. The 75% waala clause is for NITs, IITs, IIITs and CFTIs admissions. So please apply and appear for the JEE Main exam. JEE Main eligibility has the year of birth, no of attempts, subjects etc. No where does it say 75% or top
There is M. Tech programme provided by JNU for engineering. There is no B.Tech programme and officially there is no news yet regarding commencement of B.Tech program from 2018.
