The problem is that JNU does not provide the course of BTech/bsc in Biotechnology. It does provide postgraduate course of MSc in biotechnology.
To be eligible for MSc in biotechnology in JNU there is a common entrance exam that the candidate give to get selected for this course.

Yes sure you can apply to JNU for MBA. But for that you have to give the CAT Exam. The CAT exam scores have 70% weightage and personal interview round will have around 30% weightage. JNU will use the CAT score for shortlisting/ selecting candidates for MBA programme.
Yes you have to give entrance examination for geting admission in JNU. The entrance examination will be conducted by the university it self, so you must have to prepare for it.
