The methodology that professors adopt here is the case methodology, which is extremely engaging. The professors here don’t lecture but rather calls on students and work with us to teach a daily lesson. The conversation is structured around our homework, which usually consists of reading a case. Apart from that, we assign small learning groups so that we can get the chance to discuss our work in small settings. Everyone in those groups has a unique background and perspective, so it is great to work together and learn from each other’s ideas.
The one month Global Study Program here at IILM is the biggest opportunity for the students to experience a new country, its custom, new outlooks, natural wonders, technology, style of education etc. This program is the opportunity for students to travel abroad and also it plays an important role in personality development as it gives a chance to face new challenges and commitment and also in finding new interests and career opportunities.
